D'Blend was commissioned to update the conference theme, and to modernize the overall look and feel. I directed the team at D'Blend to develop a consistent creative with progressive lines that highlighted the various topics of the conference. We developed several marketing pieces such as the conference post-card mailer, 16 page brochure and conference handout.

Mid-Atlantic CCDC 2011
The Mid-Atlantic CCDC provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to defend real networks from seasoned professional penetration testers; and engages participants to experiment with cutting edge technologies in a fun, educational and competitive environment.
I worked on a custom Processing script to generate the graphics based on the current exercise scenario on Smart Grid Technologies. The event brand was then integrated in all giveaways, promotional items, and environmental graphics.
Mid-Atlantic CCDC 2010
The Mid-Atlantic CCDC provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to defend real networks from seasoned professional penetration testers; and engages participants to experiment with cutting edge technologies in a fun, educational and competitive environment.
We collaborated with Mid-Atlantic CCDC directors to design the overall experience. This included designing a custom website, blog, giveaways and promotional items.
Mid-Atlantic CCDC 2009
We developed a comprehensive marketing, design and communications strategy to promote the Mid-Atlantic CCDC throughout the region. The theme for the 4th Mid-Atlantic Regional in 2009 was inspired in a retro-futuristic style. We directed and produced a 30 minute video documentary, along with on-site signage, giveaways and marketing collateral.

Federal Contracting
BDAG, Business Development Assistant Group, is a not-for-profit organization that assists recently arrived immigrants to start a business as their first entry to the American workforce. BDAG partners with a wide variety of organizations to provide information for small business.
I design the branding for the 6th Annual Conference: Access to Business Success – Federal Contracting Opportunities for Small Businesses. The campaign included posters, handouts, email marketing templates, and a centralized website with up-to-date information as their main communication channel.
AIGA In-House
This was a design for AIGA – The Professional Association for Design, Washington DC Chapter on the event branding for in house designers. This event brought a panel of leading interactive 'in house' designers, to discuss the experience of working with their teams, inside larger organizations.
Mid-Atlantic CCDC 2008
We were commissioned to design badges for participants, event signage, and custom team t-shirts for both qualifying and final regional rounds.
The CyberWatch-Mid-Atlantic CCDC goal is to enhance students’ understanding of both theory and practice of information security by giving students the opportunity to compete against professional penetration testers (aka hackers) in a ‘real world’ environment.
